Muscat and Rosato

We hardly ever bust out the filter around here, certainly never for reds. But sometimes you want to be sure the off-dry Muscat is safe and stable and the ml-negative rose won't carbonate itself (though that would be yummy) when forgotten in the trunk during the middle of summer. Both are now ready for bottling in the next couple of weeks. Lets call it May 1st for release.

Oh yeah, we even did a little bottle redesign for the Muscat which I am particularly excited about. Details will follow shortly...
